General Terms

hbaej is an online betting and gaming platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms:

• You are participating on this platform voluntarily and at your own discretion.
• You confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your area.
• hbaej reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time.
• Breaching any clause of these terms may result in your account being suspended or cancelled.
• All decisions made by hbaej are final and binding.

Account Registration

To open an account and use services on hbaej, you must follow the guidelines below:

2.1 Registration Process

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory — accounts created on the basis of false information will be cancelled.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify the hbaej support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

hbaej may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time to ensure a safe and transparent service. This may require submitting a copy of your national ID card or passport. hbaej reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Age Verification & Eligibility

The following individuals may not create or use an account on hbaej:

• Anyone under the age of 21.
• Individuals whose accounts have previously been closed by hbaej.
• Individuals who are under self-exclusion or mandatory exclusion.
• hbaej officers, employees, or their immediate family members.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.

hbaej may request proof of age and identity before any registration or transaction. If a false age is provided, all winnings associated with that account will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

hbaej currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — this limit applies to each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily held.
• In the case of any suspicious transaction, hbaej may delay payment until an investigation is complete.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on hbaej are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hbaej does not charge any currency conversion fee, however your bank or mobile banking provider may apply some charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a ৳12,000 deposit earns up to ৳8,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus offers apply once per person — multiple claims from the same phone number, device, or IP address are not accepted.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when using bonus funds — see the terms of the specific promotion.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
• hbaej reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to exploit promotions is detected, the account will be suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games and betting on hbaej are governed by the following policies:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, hbaej reserves the right to void that round.
• hbaej always ensures fair play — all game results are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• hbaej is not responsible for internet disconnection during a game; however, results saved in the system will be considered valid.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. hbaej's decision is final in any dispute relating to bets. If a match is cancelled or only partially completed, bets will be settled according to the specific betting rules.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the system.
• Coordinated use of multiple accounts by the same person to claim bonus benefits.
• Selling, renting, or allowing a third party to use an account.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to harass or deceive other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

hbaej may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

If an account is closed and no rule violation is proven, the remaining balance will be returned. However, in cases of fraud or rule violation, all funds may be forfeited.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the hbaej support team. All active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed.

Technical Issues

hbaej always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur in the following situations:

• Server maintenance or upgrades.
• Internet infrastructure issues.
• Unavoidable technical errors.

If a technical error causes a game result to be displayed incorrectly, hbaej reserves the right to correct or void that result. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a system error are not valid and will be reclaimed.
